I feel like it won't be a Monday but I can modify one day of the week. I don't know which day it will be but one days week my family gets take out. I can get the better for you options. I already do that but I could do it more. I don't always eat healthy but when it comes down it I'd rather eat vegetables the night a Big Mac.

When it comes down to Food, modify your Mondays!
It's been estimated that if Americans were to reduce our meat consumption by 20%, it would be the equivalent of all Americans switching from a standard sedan to a Prius.
When it comes to changing how you eat, a little creative tweaking can go a long way - and be easier to sustain than a complete dietary makeover. Lots of folks do Meatless Mondays or Vegan until 6pm or Desserts Only On Saturdays. Personally, as a goat, I don't eat tin cans right before bedtime. Nasty on the digestion!
