Eat real food. Not too much. Mostly plants.

I already eat healthy food. I personally love it! I don't get why children don't like vegetables because they are so amazing. Try something new new because it might change your life. Heathy food tastes way better then anything that comes in a box. I also love buying locally to. Farmers markets are the best!
