Challenge: 

Stop eating sugar for 5 days!

This was an awesome challenge, and not easy!  I cut out adding sugar to my coffee (doesn't taste as bad as expected!) and fought the after dinner cookie craving (really really hard)!  I plan to keep this going for a while!  Great idea!
