Challenge: 

When it comes down to Food, modify your Mondays!

On Mondays I will clean out the vegetable bins and create a super duper salad!

Let's see that will be grapes, carrots, celery, broccoli, onions (my mom will be so proud), lettuce, apples, and maybe a cucumber....though their level of freshness might not be top of the line. But if I start this every Monday then I will be assured to get a pretty fresh salad once in a while.

I will also throw in some left over beans, and raisins....yum.
