Since it's Tuesday, I'll modify my plans slightly.
The plan is to do a weekly Mediterranean Monday. I used to love going to Lebanese restaurants and delis when I lived in the DC area. And I really miss the amazing food and how it made me feel (delicious, healthy food that never made me feel live I'd eaten too much)
I plan to start tonight with this recipe: http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/mediterranean-rice-noodles-...
and then go from there once a week (hopefully on Mondays)
Maybe once a month it could be spiced up by doing some sort of Mediterannean veggie potluck with a few friends. not necessarily on a Monday.
