Challenge: 

Eat real food. Not too much. Mostly plants.

This reminds me that I really should re-read Michael Pollan.

Anyway, I try not to eat too much meat although I should be more diligent about eating organic and local.

But I'm trying to focus now on the "Not Too Much" part.  So i'm making a more conscious effort to eat smaller portions by creating a meal ahead of time and then dividing it up into segments.  that way I don't eat it all at once.
The next step will be making my day's breakfast and lunch and then cutting each portion down by about 25% or more.  The other challenge will be to make meals ahead of time when I'm not already hungry.  I have a suspicion that being hungry leads to larger prepped meals.

So far so good.  We'll see if I can stick with it for a while.
