Challenge: 

Make naturally dyed Easter Eggs!

OK, not exactly what I was hoping for. But a very fun process. I decided to use beets and spinach from our winter CSA to make reddish pink and green eggs.

Oh well, I'll have to experiment a bit more with different veggies for dye colors.

at least these will be overshadowed by our homemade  Easter bunny cake
