Stop eating sugar for 5 days!

Whew!  I did it!  The first 3 days were difficult, by day 4 I was getting used to it, and, now, at the end of day 5 I think maybe I could keep going.


Great job! I'm not being strict about it, but I've definatly cut back, no sugar in my coffee and if I buy drinks on the run I'm getting unsweetened tea instead of sugary drinks! Can't give up my ice cream though:-)

I also gave up sugar in my coffee and tea, where I used it the most. I got used to it. But I still have one small square of fair trade, dark chocolate each evening. And I drink wine and there's sugar in that! It's hard to go with NO sugar.
