Challenge: 

Eat real food. Not too much. Mostly plants.

I already eat an almost exclusively, plant-based diet.  This has always been an important issue to me.  I think an area that I would like to improve on is making sure not to waste food throughout the week.  We compost at our house, but there is still a lot of food scraps going into the compost.
