Challenge: 

Eat real food. Not too much. Mostly plants.

I want to not overeat. I don't need to lose weight, but I overeat and it makes digestive problems.

I was able to get control by thinking of what you wrote, that the srtomach is only the size of a fist! My poor little stomach ! What I've done to it -and it feels much better to be more considerate of my stomach.
