on mondys i would be a vegan for 14 hours and then on saturdays it would be meat and fruits and for tusedays it could be fruit for 5 hours and then for the rest of the week eat healthy just dont eat meat eat fruits and vetchtables two because it is good to have a little change for once or twice work out two that would help alot !!!

When it comes down to Food, modify your Mondays!
It's been estimated that if Americans were to reduce our meat consumption by 20%, it would be the equivalent of all Americans switching from a standard sedan to a Prius.
When it comes to changing how you eat, a little creative tweaking can go a long way - and be easier to sustain than a complete dietary makeover. Lots of folks do Meatless Mondays or Vegan until 6pm or Desserts Only On Saturdays. Personally, as a goat, I don't eat tin cans right before bedtime. Nasty on the digestion!
