Eat real food. Not too much. Mostly plants.

I could give my self advice about how to eat right and be healthy and to eat right and i would eat mostly fruit and vetchtables because them are really good for your body and they allow you to run faster and play sports better as long as you stay healthy and eat smart and eat alot of fruit and vetchtables you can acomplish alot!!!
