Meditate 5 minutes/day for 5 days.

I did this for five days, but not right in a row. I forgot one day, then i would do it the next day. I am trying to do it every day, but sometimes I forget. But overall, i have meditated for five days. at first, I read this rong and thought that i was soposed to try to think about nothing and that was pretty hard, but then i reread it and realized, that you are suposed to focus on your breathing, that was much easier. i thought that this challange was very relxing and good to do, I think that i will continue to meditate when evry I remember.
