Favorite guilty pleasure food? Easy. Chocolate! Dark chocolate only. Thankfully I have learned that milk chocolate is not wirth the taste or the calories (for me). I stick to creamy dark chocolate but I do try to limit my intake by keeping it on a high shelf where it takes concious thought to get to.
Besides the calories I am guilty about the distance this product needs to be transported and the environmental pressures in limited regions in the world that produce cacao beans. The demand for chocolate is outstripping the supply because of the limited growing range in only certain regions and altitudes.
