Challenge: 

Eat real food. Not too much. Mostly plants.

I have been a vegetarian for over 40 years, so I think I've been doing well on the "mostly plants" score. Where I need to improve is portion sizes. I eat too much. By changing this and losing weight, I can become healthier so that I am better able to accomplish all of my goals.
