When it comes down to Food, modify your Mondays!

I'm going to start every Monday with organic oatmeal. Its so easy to make, utterly delicious when I add some nuts, raisins and some of the frozen wildberries I picked last fall. Its good for our bodies and inexpensive. I think this will be a great way to start each work week.  I buy it in bulk at the CoOp and store most in giant tins and what I'll be using next in giant jars.
