Meditate 5 minutes/day for 5 days.

I have used an app for this and for writing called Examine. It asks you to reflect on things in your day and at the end to meditate for 5 minues and write at brief prayer. I have found using this app a very helpful nudge at times when I'm not doing it anyway for some reason.
