Challenge: 

Eat real food. Not too much. Mostly plants.

I've been drinking lemon water, instead of wine to save money. I'm mostly vegetation, meaning I eat meat less often that once per month. I enjoy these dietary choices, and I find it hard to do anything diet-wise unless I enjoy it. The picture of healthy foods below  is not my own photo, but was found on the net.
