What is Everyday Bicycling?
Everyday Bicycling means using your bicycle to do those everyday trips that we all make, from going grocery shopping, getting to work, or even picking up the kids from school. Everyday Bicycling doesn’t necessarily mean riding your bike every day. It’s about making the choice to leave your car behind when you can, in favor of getting outside, exercising, and saving gas!
In just one short hour, we'll give participants easy ways to fit bicycling into your day. Also:
- How to stay safe and comfortable
- How to make sure your bike is in good shape
- How to map out a route that fits with your available time and comfort level
